Building in The Past

Paul Charron is a self taught ceramic and wood artist from Corvallis, Oregon. Paul’s love for the West and its History have inspired him to build replicas of Historic Western American Building facades in half scale size, capturing the beauty and surroundings of the West. His first inspiration was the Hearst Church in Pinos , Altos New Mexico (below is a picture of the church and the scale model under construction). Paul has put a lot of work into his replicas and his passion for the American West shows through his work. So please go check out his web site and enjoy as I have, this fine craftmanship. His web site is http://www.buildinginthepast.com/and his Facebook page is https://www.facebook.com/BuildingInThePast.
